Two Ted Robinson-designed golf courses (championship & challenge) feature lush fairways dotted by beautiful lakes and palm trees, all set against the Santa Rosa and Chocolate Mountains. The community offers 48 swimming pools/spas, a top fitness center, 16 tennis & pickleball courts, plus a 100,000 sq. ft beautiful clubhouse. There are numerous activities and social events to get involved with. Additionally, short-term rentals are allowed, making it a great investment income property.
